Meet Ann
Ann is a certified Aberkyn (a McKinsey company) Transformational Leadership facilitator, an alumni of Daniel Priestley’s 1-year Start Up Accelerator (Dent) and has been recognised by UK based Change Awards as a 2025 finalist “Best Independent Consultant”. Ann brings global experience in transformational leadership and future-focused strategy.
With a career spanning more than 25 years, Ann is recognised for coming alongside leaders and their organisations to navigate transtition, strengthen culture, align leadership so that conditions are cultivated for all to flourish. Her broad experience extends across a diverse spectrum of sectors, including corporate, business, government, non-profit, community, and faith-based organisations, in over 30 countries worldwide. Serving as a speaker, strategist, trusted advisor, facilitator, mentor, and coach, Ann strengthens leadership capacity, organisational health, for wise stewardship and generational impact.
My philosophy
Leadership begins with identity, alignment and clarity before it ever expresses itself through action. Organisations are living systems shaped by people, relationships, meaning and design. Change is not imposed; it is nurtured, discovered and co-created. Legacy is not an event but a rhythm. I believe transformation begins when people remember who they were designed to be.
